<p class="rteBlock">If you are planning to sell a property that comes with a pool, you must ensure that the pool complies with all the safety requirements.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">A child restraint barrier and a Warning Sign must be installed in near the pool.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">The contract for sale of your property must also contain a warning statement. In the event that this statement is not attached, the buyer of the property may rescind, or cancel, the contract.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">An application or a compliance certificate from your local Council should also be processed prior to listing your property for sale.</p>
